Artistic project, thoughts, and creative desires transform into theater in front of the Travessias [Crossings] audience. In the documentary, directed by Marcio Abreu and Clara Cavour, the companhia brasileira de teatro shares the Sem Palavras [No Words] creation process, their latest performance, presenting excerpts of rehearsals from the final moment of its elaboration.

Driving this construction that is done and adjusted gradually, testimonies from the artists inform their desires and reflections. The thoughts that feed the work are, at the same time, explained with words and translated into scenes, with or without words, through bodies on stage.

The combination of exposition and passages from the play - which addresses love, violence, consumption, among so many other themes - gives concreteness to the idea of the “chronicles of the crossing” subtitle of the book An Apartment on Uranus, by the Spanish philosopher Paul B. Preciado, which inspires the work.
